Miley Cyrus and her dad Billy Ray premiered their film Hannah Montana: The Movie last night in Los Angeles. Following the screening, Miley went out to dinner with her celebrity friends to P.F.Changs. It's kind of laughable that she wore Uggs and sweatpants to her afterparty while her friends, Emily Osment, Taylor Swift, and Demi Lovato were dressed to the nines. Miley's boyfriend Justin Gaston was also with the group.
